Calculus was one of my favourite disciplines within mathematics during high school. I would love to share my knowledge on the topic.

Biology played a big role for me during secondary education and continues to play a role for me as I study for my Biomedical Science degree from the University of Queensland. I have extensive knowledge across multiple disciplines within biology including physiology, biochemistry, cytology and genetics, among others. I can also scale it back to secondary level knowledge, teaching high school criteria.

I have secondary and undergraduate level knowledge on physics and look to pass on what I have learned from my education on the topic.

I have played rugby for most of my life and extremely passionate about it. I coached at Brisbane Boys' College after graduating from the esteemed institution. I am currently playing rugby union at a club on the southside of Brisbane looking to return to premier grade rugby after a decent time off due to injury.

CrossFit has always been a huge passion of mine. The moment I stepped foot into a CrossFit 'box', I fell in love. The enjoyment you get after working out, the atmosphere, the competitiveness, the inclusivity, everything about CrossFit draws me closer and closer and I hope it will do the same to you. I have been doing CrossFit for about 6 years now and have extensive knowledge on the movewmnts performed.

Health and fitness has always been one of my passions. The fact that I have studied nutrition at university level, coupled with my rugby and CrossFit background, makes me an excellent candidate to build other peoples health and fitness as well. I can tailor meal plans and exercise regimes based on your schedule to help meet your health and fitness goals as soon as possible.
