Teaching Experience for Violin

Michelle has been teaching both violin and music theory for over 8 years and is passionate about helping students grow, understand and love music. Michelle’s violin students have been awarded with consistently high results in AMEB Examinations (95% of students achieve A+ or A). Many of her students have successfully attained 100% music scholarships for entries to a number of private schools in Sydney (including Santa Sabina, Scots, Trinity Grammar etc) and are receiving excellence in music awards at both public and private schools (MLC, Santa Sabina, Meriden etc).

Michelle is experienced with students with ages ranging from youngest enrolments of 4 years of age to intermediate and advanced students that are preparing for auditions, eisteddfods, AMEB exams. Violin lessons for adults are also offered upon request. Michelle violin lessons focus on individual goals, musical intepretation, enjoyment and musical independence.

Michelle holds concerts at local venues regularly for students to perform. She also takes the time to organise junior and senior duets, quartets and small ensembles for her students to experience making music together.
