I have been a teacher for 30 years. I have taught all years and all subjects at primary school level and years 7 to 10 in English and History. I have taught in non English speaking indigenous communities and I currently work in special education. I have a particular interest in assisting kids with their reading.
I am patient and believe learning should be fun.
Many students who struggle with mathematics have misunderstood basic early numeracy concepts. I take student back to basics and consolidate their foundation understandings.
I can assist in preparing for any formative or summative assessment.
I have prepared students for NAPLAN since it began. I can assist with preparation for any written assessment.
