I started weightlifting 10 years ago. I've trained with professional bodybuilders and powerlifters in Russia and Ukraine who often compete and achieved many achievements in Europe. I also worked in my university's gym back when i was in Russia. I'm experienced in setting up customized training programs, helping people gain muscle and lose fat as long as they stick to my diet plans and workout programs
